I highly recommend Dr. Sim if you think you may need a root canal. I had a consultation today and it was one of the most pleasant dental experiences Iโve had. The entire staff was excellent. Renita clearly explained my insurance coverage, and the dental assistant immediately put me at ease. Dr. Sim thoroughly explained each test, reviewed my X-rays, and clearly walked me through the possible scenarios and treatment options. After a careful evaluation, it was determined that I do not need a root canal at this time.

I feel deceived. I made an appointment to have a root canal treatment. I had to ask all the questions myself, the woman via the phone was not very friendly and happy to assist me. As it turned out later, the doctor puts only a temporary filling, not a permanent one. Nobody told me about this. So, I have to go through the procedure, they'll drill the crown, remove the nerve, fill it, but only with a temporary filling. And then I have to find another dentist to drill the tooth again and put in a permanent filling? It seems like a rip-off. And the fact that they don't warn you about this beforehand is misleading!

Dr. Sim and his team are phenomenal. Dealing with a root canal and tooth pain can be incredibly stressful for everyone. Throughout my entire process I was treated with compassion, kindness, and the utmost care. I had two root canals done back in March and I was scheduled with a follow up appointment to make sure everything was on the best path to healing. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I canโt recommend this practice enough. Dr Sim does a great job of making you feel comfortable even during uncomfortable procedures. He takes time to thoroughly explain the procedure, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients. I had 2 root canal procedures, and felt no pain during or after. His staff is also very friendly and patient with questions and appointment flexibility.

I had a root canal redone here and it went so well. Dr. Sim is an expert, caring, his bedside manner is amazing, and he thoroughly explains the process as he goes. I felt comfortable the entire time and knew I was in good hands from the beginning. Rosa his assistant is also excellent, kind and knowledgeable, and Renita who works the front desk is patient, kind and thoroughly explains the billing information. The entire team here is fantastic and I couldn't recommend this practice more. ๐
